We are a small company passionate about what we do. Due to the size of our business we are able to add that personal touch. We have more than 30 years in the timber industry and just as many cooking bbq's in the age old tradition of the Texas smokers. Having experienced this style of cooking and our experience cooking in the remote Outback without electricity or modern conveniences, we fell in love with cooking while four wheel driving and working in the Outback !  Our products are 100%  Australian made, we should probably get one of those fancy schmancy logo's but hey that would probably be just another cost for you.

 

We produce a wide range of smoker chips in several grades , cooking timbers, and small batch lump charcoal. Embrace the world of smoking food or cooking with amazing timbers!
