All of our smoker chips and cooking timbers are food grade. There are no chemicals or oil used in production. This is Australian hardwood at its purest "Fairdinkum". We take pride in our natural renewable resources. Our products are used in restaurants all throughout Australia.

 

Smoker chips also have many other uses. Filter your home made whiskey or even store bought whiskey to enhance the flavor. Why wait 20 years in the barrel when you can get amazing flavors in just hours!

This blend is created when Bushie gets in a hurry and rushes to get off to the pub. He gets a bit slack a doesn't sort out the timbers like he should. This blend of timbers is then turned into various products like dusts, chips, and pellets. Timbers include, but are not limited to, Red and Grey Ironbark, outback Ironbark, Bloodwood, Blackbutt, Red Mahogany, Red Gum, Grey Gum and Blue Gum.  Suggested use: meats and fish 

 

 

Outback Ironbark & Box (cooking timber)

15 KG bags of the finest cooking timbers you can get your hands on. Direct from  Outback Australia. Great for use with Dutch ovens for maintaining heat or for just cooking the perfect set of pork ribs. This is specifically split to fore arm size to help you regulate heat in pizza style ovens. Forestry Hardwood Mix (cooking timber)

This is timber that is sourced from the Mid North Coast of Australia. Purpose split for cooking. Great for a spit roast. Get a whole pig on the fire! (not available for international shipping yet)

Wombat Smoker Box: The "Wombat" smoker box was designed specifically for our range of smoker chips and dusts. You don't need big chunks to produce great smoking flavors but you do need a good smoker box. We have stock of these in the USA so they can be shipped direct for USA orders.  AU orders may have short delay depending on stock.

Smoker chips, dusts and pellets are available in various size packaging.

Smoker Chips are also available in larger 10 - 15 KG bags for commercial use.
